Part 3

“So, lets see if you are telling the truth.” She folded her arms on her chest again and of course caught Dave’s attention without knowing. Her neck and that holy path which went down to her breasts were distracting Dave terribly. He cleared his thoughts and tried to focus on the road again.

“It was a long time ago. I was dating this girl, basicly i fell for her. She made me believe that she was special, fragile; you kow that kind of girlish stuff right?” he rolled his eyes which made Angela giggle. “Anyway we went to a party together. I got beer for us. Then she said she didnt feel good and had to go to the bathroom. I thought she felt sick because of the beer. She stayed upstairs for 15 minutes. I thought sth was wrong, I even thought that she was having period, i seriously got worried for her. But everybody was looking at me and murmuring. I didnt know what the hell was going on. So i went upstairs and knocked on the bathroom door, no sound came. Then i heard moans and giggles. It was coming from bedroom. I came close to the door and listened carefully; it was my girlfriend who was giggling. I burst inside and busted her with a boy. His fucking white arse was bouncing up and down.”

“Oh no..”

“Wait, you havent heard the best part yet. It was my best friend Mark who was shagging her.”

“What did you do?”

“What a boy from Essex like me must do of course, i knocked him down and kicked his balls for good.” Dave was still proud of himself for doing that.

“Did you beat your g/f too?”

“No! Of course not! What do you think i am? A caveman? I looked at her and said; ‘I should have fucked you at the back seat last night when i had my chance, you little slut.’ ”

“You’re kidding! Did you really say that?” Angela’s mouth was wide open.

“Of course i did. What was i supposed to do? Go down on my knees, cry and give her ; ‘How did you do this to me?’ crap?” he pretended crying and made her smile wider.

“What did she do?”

“She cried and said Mark forced her, of course it was a lie. Actually i didnt hear much of that bullshit. I got out and didnt see her again.”

“You must be really hurt.” Angela felt herself close to Dave suddenly. Maybe he was just a teenager when all this happened but it didnt change the fact that someone played with his feelings and then distroyed them.

“It hurt like hell. You know what disappointed me most? She made me believe that she was fragile, you know. I didnt even touch her, actually i thought i was gonna be her first. I was the only one who didnt know what a bitch she was. That made think that I wasnt good enough. And for a long time, i couldnt get away from that feeling. You know what they say; the first cut is the deepest.” His mood changed suddenly. He was obviously having fun of this old story but the last confession took away that smile from his handsome face. Angela felt sorry for him. She reached and touched his hand on the wheel. Her fingertips touched first and then she held his hand firmly. Dave wasnt expecting this, but he definitely enjoyed her touch. He looked at her eyes and saw the softness there. It was something, at least a beginning.

“Come on Dave. I’m sure you are better than you think you are.” She said smiling with her hand still on his.

“Thanks.” He said softly. “Actualy i’m much better than everybody thinks i am.” He winked, the corner of his lips turned to a naughty grin.

“You cant be serious can you?” she hit his arm. They both burst into laughing.

“That’s what women love me for, luv.” Just 10 minutes ago, angela didnt want him to call her sweetheart but now she liked being called luv by Dave. He noticed this too:

‘We’re making progress, my little angry kitten.’ He whispered to himself.
